　　The opening and closing component of the German standard F4 non rising stem elastic seat sealing gate valve is the gate,and the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the fluid direction.The gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed,and cannot be adjusted or throttled.The gate has two sealing surfaces,and the commonly used mode of gate valve is that the two sealing surfaces form a wedge shape.The wedge angle varies depending on the valve parameters,usually 50,and 2°52 when the medium temperature is not high.The gate of a wedge gate valve can be made into a whole,called a rigid gate;It can also be made into a gate that can produce slight deformation,and with its processability,it can compensate for the deviation of the sealing surface angle during the processing.This type of gate is called an elastic gate and is generally connected by a flange.

　　Traditional gate valves often accumulate in the bottom groove of the valve due to external objects such as stones,wooden blocks,cement,paper scraps,and debris after flushing the pipe with water.It is easy to cause water leakage due to the inability to close tightly.The lower part of the soft sealing gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe,which is not easy to cause debris accumulation and makes the fluid unobstructed.

　　Overall gluing

　　The valve plate adopts rubber for overall internal and external sealing.Domestic rubber vulcanization technology enables accurate geometric dimensions of the vulcanized valve plate,and the rubber is firmly connected to the ductile iron gate plate,which is not easy to fall off and has good elastic memory.

　　The valve body of the German standard F4 non rising stem elastic seat sealed gate valve is coated with powder epoxy resin,which can prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body and can be used in sewage systems.

　　In the past,traditional cast iron gate valves were often hit,collided,or overlapped by external objects,resulting in fractures and other phenomena.Due to the use of ductile iron in this valve,this situation can be significantly reduced.
